Pick & Place Robot used to pick and place the objects
As the name suggests Pick & Place Robots are the one which is used to pick up the object and place that object in desired location. Pick and place robot is basically a cylindrical robot which provides a rotation in horizontal as well as in vertical direction. Pick and place robots are the quicker one and they have a tendency to complete their work in seconds as compared to the human being. They have the capability to perform their work more accurately.
Pick and Place robots are very flexible and they play a very important role in increasing the safety of the working environment. Pick & Place Robot consist of a rover, end effector, actuator, sensor and a controller. The basic functionality of pick and place robot is done by its joints. Joints are similarto human joints and they are used to join the two consecutive rigid bodies in the robot. Pick and Place robot consist of a rotary joint which is used to provide a 360 degree rotation around any of the axes. A pick and place robot can be used in various applications like it can be used in defense applications, industrial applications as well as medical applications.
